Website phases:

With a quick email or phone call, the process begins. We will discuss your basic needs and a free consultation will be booked. We visit your business and at this meeting we will discuss in more detail, what you are looking for and how you want to promote your business.
A detailed quote will be calculated and emailed to you.
With a signed contract and a security deposit, the website development begins. You provide us with the content needed (i.e. text, images, logos, prices, links etc.) and we begin.
Barring any upgrades or major changes on your part, the cost on the contract will not change.
A graphic file is developed. Once the preliminaries are done, you are shown the initial design and asked for approval and/or advise us of revisions.
Once approval has been received, the full development begins. All information pertaining to content must be in hand at this point (i.e. text, images, logos, prices, links etc.). You will receive regular updates on the status of your project via email.
Project completion: your website is uploaded with full optimization and online submissions are made to search engines.
Update: 2 non-structural updates are booked. Nearer to those dates you are contacted and the information to be loaded is transferred to us.
Updates could include: new text, prices, links, photos (replacing not adding) for up to 6 pages.
We also monitor your site and advise you if any changes need to be made.

Completion time varies. Factors which determine the completion time are:

Specifics of the design i.e. logos, banners, calendars, galleries, etc.
Input from client
Files from client
